💧 Using the Tankless Water Heater

Our home uses a tankless water heater, which means it heats water as it flows—there’s no hot water tank. The speed of the water flow affects how hot it gets.

Here’s how to get the best temperature:

1. Turn on the hot water slowly.

   • If you turn the handle all the way up, the water flows very fast, so it doesn’t have much time to heat up.
     ➜ The water will be warm but not very hot.

2. To make it hotter, turn the handle back a little.

   • Slowing the water gives the heater more time to warm it up.
     ➜ The water will get hotter as you turn it back slightly.

3. Don’t turn it back too far.

   • If you close the handle too much, it will shut off the hot water completely and you’ll get only cold water.

🛁 Tip: Adjust slowly until you find the “sweet spot” where the water is hot and steady.

🛁💫 Jacuzzi Time! (But First, Let’s Talk Drain Drama)

Our two-person jacuzzi tub is ready for bubbles, bliss, and your best soak ever — but first, let’s make sure the water stays in the tub, not running down the drain! 😅

🎯 Where’s the Drain Control?
Look at the top center of the back wall of the tub — right where the water flows out.
Just below that is a shiny, round chrome disc. That’s not just decoration — it’s the overflow drain AND your magic twisty knob to open and close the main drain!

🔄 How to Use It:
Give it a gentle twist left or right and watch the drain pop open or shut like magic.
🌀 Closed = Tub Fills
🕳️ Open = Water Goes Bye-Bye
